Cultivated by Dr. Alex Halim of PT Harendong in Banten, Indonesia, this silky oolong is so lightly oxidized it resembles a green tea. It brews up a liquor with light vegetal, sweet and mineral notes. This Halimun Mountain farm is organic-certified. Autumn 2015.
Steeping Instructions Steep with 185F degree filtered water for 3 minutes. Enjoy 4-5 re-steeps.
